The Placement Assistant can be purchased by Institutional users. The institutional users may be colleges, training centers and industry.

How does it works
The purpose of the Placement Assistant is to enable the employers to search proper employees, enable the institutes to facilitate more campus placement and allow the individual users to submit their latest resumes and search good job opportunities. This service is available as package with standard validity. The users can add and search resume within this valid period.

The institute user (institute or industry) procures the package as per the requirement. This enables the user to add and search the resumes. In case the institutional user is a college, it can add unlimited resumes of its students. In case the institutional user is an industry, it can search the resumes using different filters like qualification, area, language, skill set etc. The user can later on use these details to communicate with the training officer of a particular institute or the individual candidate.
